Job summary

Homegrown Hospitality Group in Myrtle Beach is seeking a bar staff member to provide courteous and responsive service at our bars, ensuring guests receive the highest quality service. You will mix cocktails, pour beer and wine, describe offerings, take orders, and deliver orders efficiently from the bar to the floor.

The role requires at least 21 years of age and alcohol safety certification; company training is provided if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Alcohol Safety Certification (company provided within the first 7 days of training if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Providing engaging and excellent service for all bar guests throughout their visit.
• Mixing great cocktails to spec, pouring cold draft beer and wine to spec, and making drinks in service well for service staff.
• Describing food and beverages to guests, taking orders and efficiently delivering food or drinks.
• Pre‑bus and maintain the bar top and lounge tables during service while attending to guest needs.
• Deliver marketing initiatives and notify guests of upcoming events.
• Quickly and efficiently accept payment.
• Work collaboratively with co‑workers, contribute to a culture of fun, and attend staff meetings.
