Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Mix ingredients to prepare and garnish cocktails per standards.
• Serve snacks or food items and coordinate with Kitchen as needed.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays.
• Help plan and organize the Cocktail Lounge operations.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol purchases.
