Job summary

Compass Group USA, Eurest division, is seeking a full-time Barista at 550 National Business Parkway, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701. You will prepare coffee/espresso drinks, handle food items, and operate a POS system with friendly customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of Barista experience, adherence to HACCP standards, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $21.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Barista experience.
• Familiarity with food safety and HACCP practices.
• Experience handling cash or card payments at a POS.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves espresso drinks and related beverages.
• Enters orders into POS and processes payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper food handling per HACCP standards.
• Ensures attractive display and portion control of items.
• Greets customers and assists in the buying decision-making process.
