Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Banquet Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service at events and in banquet settings. You will engage with guests, learn the menu, take orders, and deliver meals promptly while maintaining a clean and stocked service area.

You’ll support event prep, ensure smooth banquet flow, and comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations. Hilton emphasizes care, teamwork, and guest experience as core priorities.

Qualifications

• Deliver food and beverage with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Learn details of all menu items to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver promptly.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station.
• Assist with event preparation and restocking for seamless service.
• Observe health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol rules.
