Eurest USA is seeking a full-time Baker at the Amgen facility in Newbury Park, CA. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with opportunity for immediate hire. Requires 1–2 years of baking experience in food-hospitality and a proven ability to work well in a team.

The position offers comprehensive benefits after a 90-day introductory period and pays $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Join a dedicated team producing breads, pastries and desserts to specification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of baking experience in food-hospitality industry.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets; assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and production standards.
• Complete production records including waste tracking and product shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils in the work area.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
