Job summary

Trig's is seeking a Full-Time Baker/Fryer at our Wisconsin stores. You will bake and finish donuts and bakery items, operate donut fryers, and prepare products for sale in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also take customer orders and ensure sanitation and food safety standards, with shifts starting as early as 2:00am. Trig's offers growth opportunities within the company. Join a caring team and help deliver the best service.

Responsibilities

• Make and bake fresh product for the day’s sales.
• Operate donut fryers equipment and materials.
• Finish and package donuts for sale.
• Package, wrap, and label bakery products for sale.
• Take customer orders for future date sales.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety standards.
• Conduct proper cleaning tasks for next day operations.
• Ensure proper stock levels of merchandise and displays.
• Work well with teammates.
