Job summary

Trig's is seeking a part-time Baker with an early 4am start to join our bakery team. You will prepare and bake fresh items each morning, package and label products, and maintain sanitation standards while working closely with teammates to deliver top-quality guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Must be available for early morning shifts (as early as 4am).

Responsibilities

• Packaging, wrapping, and labeling bakery products for sale.
• Preparing and baking fresh bakery items each morning.
• Operate bakery equipment (ovens, slicers, mixers) safely.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Clean and prep for the next day’s operations.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and attractive displays.
• Work well with teammates to deliver great guest service.
• Start times as early as 4am every day.

• Ensure Proper Stock Levels of Merchandise and Displays
• Available as Early as 4am Every Day
