Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a motivated Full-Time Baker for our healthcare team at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA. You will prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily.

You will follow recipes, maintain a clean kitchen, and manage ingredient orders and inventory, contributing to a quality patient and staff dining experience. We offer weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and ordering.
• Nice-to-have: experience baking in a retail environment.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an energetic, motivated Full-Time Baker to our healthcare team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Baker, you will have the opportunity to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily.

What you'll be doing

• Following recipes to create quality baked goods.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.
• Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly.

What we're looking for: Must-haves

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience baking in a retail environment.

Compensation Range
