Elior North America is seeking a friendly Barista for our healthcare food service team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Barista, you will serve a diverse client base daily, prepare beverages and light meals, and provide personable customer service.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with benefits such as weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K plan. Previous retail experience is a plus; we value independence, strong organization, and attention to detail.

• Must work independently and multitask with time management skills.
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and service knowledge.
• Nice-to-have: at least 1 year retail experience.

Compensation Range:
