Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in the United States. The role supports an independent Owner/Operator and aims to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and fresh food in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, stocking the kitchen, keeping it neat, and learning from experienced Leaders. A full-time schedule is offered with tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 yearly and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Availability Requirements:

-Team member must be available on Fridays and Saturdays. *

-Availabilities from 6am-2:30pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 11am-7pm year-round. The more availability, the better!

*Because this position is a full time position, team member must be available for 32-40 working hours per week.
