Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving operations in our Garland store. You will manage receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and ensuring goods flow to the sales floor while upholding safety and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in retail or similar setting.
• Experience in off-price / big-box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the merchandise progression process from receiving to floor placement.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coordinate workload and direct associates to meet productivity targets.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Manage meal and break periods and schedule adherence.
• Coach associates and provide recognition.
