The Back-End Clerk processes returns, manages procedures related to Centralized Return to Vendor, disposes of items properly, contacts vendors for replacements or credits, and handles merchandise returns to the floor. They are responsible for freight and merchandising fulfillments, processing paperwork for shipments, physically moving stock, scheduling shipments, and checking order quality and accuracy. This role involves frequent communication with customers, vendors, and manufacturers, requiring organization and attention to detail.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or support of neighboring stores.
