We expect strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. A minimum of 3 years upholstery experience and experience with industrial sewing machines are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of upholstery experience.
• Experience in aircraft, automotive, marine, or furniture upholstery is welcome.
• Experience using industrial sewing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Upholster aircraft seats and interior components.
• Cut, sew, and install leather, vinyl, and fabric.
• Build and shape seat foam.
• Create or match upholstery patterns.
• Operate industrial sewing machines and upholstery equipment.
