Job summary

Wisconsin Aviation is seeking an Interior & Upholstery Specialist to design, sew, and fabricate custom aircraft interiors in alignment with client specifications and FAA-approved procedures.

Our interiors team tackles a range of tasks from minor touch-ups to full, high-end interior overhauls, requiring self-motivation, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail. Education includes a high school diploma or vocational training, with at least two years in upholstery or related work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or vocational degree.
• Minimum of two years of professional upholstery, interior material work, or custom sewing experience.
• Experience in aircraft, automotive, or marine upholstery preferred but not required.

As an Interior & Upholstery Specialist, you will design, sew, and fabricate custom aircraft interiors according to client specifications and FAA-approved procedures. Our project workflow varies daily, ranging from minor touch-ups to complete, high-end customized interior overhauls.

• Education: High school diploma, equivalent, or a relevant vocational degree.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of professional upholstery, interior material work, or custom sewing experience.
• Industry Background: Experience in aircraft, automotive, or marine upholstery is highly preferred but not required.
