Job description

Job Summary:

The Full-Time Automotive Receptionist at Town Center Nissan is a customer service-oriented position within the auto industry. The role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors of the dealership. This is a part-time hourly position for evenings and weekends located at our Kennesaw, Georgia location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional attitude while handling receptionist and administrative duties of the dealership.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly position for daytime, evenings and weekends with a compensation range of $14 to $15 per hour, paid weekly. Possibility of a higher hourly rate commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive pay rate, eligible employees will also receive benefits such as discounts and a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple phone lines and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and efficiency
- Perform data and other light administrative tasks as required
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible part-time hours including nights and weekends
