Job summary

Capitol Chevrolet in Austin, TX is seeking a Dealership Valet/Porter for the Service Department. The role includes greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, and keeping the lot clean and organized.

You will assist service advisors and technicians, inspect vehicles for damage or cleanliness, and manage keys with care while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Prior valet/porter experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Full-time position with rotating half-day Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers when they pull up, parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Maintain an organized and orderly lot and ensure vehicles are properly parked.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed.
• Promptly greet customers and address inquiries or concerns.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or cleanliness and report findings.
• Manage keys and vehicles with care and responsibility.
