Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join our automotive service, repair, and tire centers in the Carteret, NJ area. You will perform essential maintenance and tire services, working alongside experienced automotive professionals to build hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
