Job summary

MAC.BID in Tarentum, PA is seeking a Removal Floater to support our removal team during customer pickup and ensure a smooth experience for winning bidders. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Removal Team Lead.

You will greet customers, help locate items, and assist with checkout and scanning for pickups while following management directions. A high school diploma and a practical, detail-oriented mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be highly organized.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding their items.
• Know how auction items are categorized on shelves.
• Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups.
