Job summary

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items online through auctions. The Removal Floater assists in all stages of customer pick-up, delivering exemplary service.

This full-time on-site role reports to the Removal Team Lead in Hamilton, OH. Ideal candidates are able to lift 25 lb alone (50 lb with a team), highly organized, and able to follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Know how auction items are categorized on shelves
• Greet and assist customers in finding their items
• Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups
