Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Experience in childcare
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education or equivalent
• Child Development Associate Credential (or alternative)
• High school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of early childhood activity experience
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• 3+ years in classroom management preferred

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love for children and a big heart
• Experience in early childhood setting (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, Associates degree or higher, comparable work history
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare
• Lead: Meet one of the following:
  • Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
  • Have a Child Development Associate Credential
  • Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
  • 3+ years experience in classroom management preferred.
