Join to apply for the Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role at ALDI USA.

When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take on key store management responsibilities including supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while identifying training opportunities to develop the team.

Position Details:
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 38 hours/week
  • Starting Wage: $24.50/hour
  • Wage Increase: Year 2 - $25.50/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve results
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Identify training and development opportunities
  • Model company core values and foster teamwork
  • Monitor the community environment and advise on adjustments
  • Provide product feedback and participate in hiring
  • Manage inventory procedures and customer concerns
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and signage standards
  • Maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation
  • Support payroll, inventory, and training goals
  • Supervise daily team operations and escalate issues when needed
  • Uphold company policies and confidentiality
Physical Demands:
  • Stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and store maintenance activities
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in retail management preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years retail experience
