Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour
• Wage Increase: Year 2 - $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising daily store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans.
• Identify training opportunities and develop team members.
• Communicate company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments.
• Participate in hiring and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Ensure compliance with inventory, safety, and customer service standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper signage, and stock levels.
• Assist in achieving payroll, loss prevention, and inventory goals.
• Supervise daily team operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical & Job Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks required for stocking and cleaning.
• Must be 18 or older, with ability to operate equipment safely.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
