You will use wire strippers, crimpers, and BOMs to assemble components and uphold production schedules.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with opportunities for cross-training and contributing to process improvements. The role is based in Arden, NC, with a $21 per hour rate.

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Full Time - Assembler II - 1st Shift. This position is based at our Arden, NC location.The hourly rate for this position is $21 per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Assembler II position is responsible for performing complex and repetitive wiring of buckets and doors for feeding the main assembly line. This role ensures all wiring meets electrical specifications and standards, performs quality checks, and prepares finished products for installation.In this function you will:• Wire bucket and door assemblies according to specifications and standards using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers and basic hand tools• Execute complex wiring tasks using schematics, diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM)• Ensure all connections and crimps meet required specifications and standards• Inspect completed work to verify electrical standards• Follow and maintain production schedules to meet assembly line demand• Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and coworkers to identify and escalate production issues promptly• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for self and others• Perform additional duties as assigned• Cross train for other job functions as necessary• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvementQualifications:Required Basic) Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
