Job summary

Midwest Security Forces, LLC is seeking experienced Security Officers for a residential community in South Holland, IL. The role requires prior security, law enforcement, or military experience and offers full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities include maintaining a visible on-site presence, monitoring and reporting activities, responding to incidents, and enforcing client procedures. A valid IL PERC card is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid IL PERC Card required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Security Officer experience required; police experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to staff, residents, and visitors.
• Secure the premises and establish a friendly on-site presence.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Remain vigilant and proactively identify security concerns.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical situations.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Work within a structured team environment.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
