This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification in Texas, with duties including incident response, routine patrols, and high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and follow established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, hazardous conditions, and access-control concerns and report observations to required personnel.
• Maintain required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and security activities.
