The role requires a valid TX Level III armed certification, a driver’s license, 21+ years old, and a high school diploma. A background check and drug screening are part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal policy.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas is required.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement when needed.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Complete reports and maintain documentation of incidents and patrols.
