Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and in accordance with protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols within the retail location, parking, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and assist with access control, incident documentation, and communication with site leadership and emergency responders.
• Maintain required firearm qualifications and comply with laws, company policies, and site procedures.
