Job summary

Housekeeper position at Colony Point community in Norfolk, VA, under S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. You will ensure residents have a clean, safe, and attractive living environment within the community.

Responsibilities include cleaning apartments before move-in, stripping and waxing hallways, maintaining common areas, and ensuring windows and doors are clean, with adherence to Fair Housing laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Thoroughly cleaning apartments prior to new residents moving in, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Stripping and waxing hallways.
• Cleaning laundry rooms, offices, maintenance shops, clubhouse, and all common areas.
• Cleans up trash in common areas.
• Clean windows, doors, and furnishings.
