Virtua Anesthesia – West in Camden, NJ seeks an experienced Night Float Anesthesiologist to provide independent overnight coverage for Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. The role focuses on airway management, OB anesthesia call, and emergent cases, with collaboration across surgical, ED, ICU and obstetric teams in a high-acuity hospital.

The position offers a predictable 7p–7a night schedule (7 shifts per pay period) with competitive compensation and full benefits; starting salary is $600,000.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.

Virtua Anesthesia – West, a dedicated group of anesthesiologists serving Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, is seeking an experienced Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our team.

This role provides independent, in-house overnight coverage with a focus on:

• Airway management throughout the hospital
• OB anesthesia call and support
• Emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight
• Collaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely care

The position is structured as a 7 shifts per pay period (every 2 weeks), offering a predictable rotation and extended time off.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-training experience preferred (or equivalent high-volume, high-autonomy experience)
• Strong skills in airway rescue, OB anesthesia, and emergency response
• Ability to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment

The starting salary for this position is: $600,000.00.
