Job summary

REEDS Jewelers is seeking a driven individual to join our E‑Commerce fulfillment team at our Wilmington, NC corporate office. This full‑time role focuses on processing internet orders, packaging, and coordinating with stores to ensure accurate, beautifully presented shipments.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, Excel familiarity, and 1 year of jewelry/retail experience. GIA AJP certification is required or must be completed within six months of placement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year jewelry/retail/production experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with Excel.
• GIA AJP Certification required or to be completed within six months.

Responsibilities

• Process internet orders including product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
• Check in merchandise: inspect, tag and file.
• Process exchanges and returns.
• Coordinate customer orders with REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E‑Commerce department at our corporate office in Wilmington NC. Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our fulfillment team helps ensure every customer receives the correct order beautifully wrapped and presented. This position is located onsite at our corporate headquarters in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, NC. Basic Duties

• Processing internet orders including, but not limited to; product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
• Assisting in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging and filing.
• Assisting in the processing of exchanges and returns.
• Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Recommended one year jewelry, retail and/or production experience
• Computer Proficient; Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
• Goal oriented, results driven and self‑motivated
• Able to multi‑task, prioritize tasks within a fast paced work environment and work as a team
• GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position
