Job summary

REEDS Jewelers in Wilmington, NC is seeking a driven individual to join our E‑Commerce department on the fulfillment team. This full‑time role supports processing internet orders, checking in merchandise, handling exchanges, and coordinating with stores and Pandora Boutiques to ensure accurate, beautifully wrapped shipments.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), at least one year of jewelry or retail experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Recommended one year jewelry, retail and/or production experience
• Computer Proficient; Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
• Goal oriented, results driven and self-motivated
• Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks within a fast paced work environment and work as a team
• GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position

Responsibilities

• Processing internet orders including, but not limited to; product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
• Assisting in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging and filing.
• Assisting in the processing of exchanges and returns.
• Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
