• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to learn and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Focus on risk management and help families maintain stability during the aftercare period.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with public and private agencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Coordinate community and educational services for families.
• Meet with families in-person to support reunification and address concerns.
