Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Presence in Wichita Falls, TX. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and respond to security concerns at an aerospace/defense site.

You will provide professional customer service, verify credentials, and report incidents per established protocols. This role requires strong integrity, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in line with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
