Job summary

LINE-X LLC in Fishers, IN seeks a full-time Accessories Installation Technician to join a team that customizes protective coatings and accessories for trucks, vans, and Jeeps. You will install, wire, inspect, and troubleshoot aftermarket products, while maintaining safety and a clean work area.

You must read installation instructions, lift up to 75 pounds, and communicate with the Technical Lead and sales to meet production schedules. Training provided, stable year-round work.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read installation instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install truck, van, and jeep accessories and aftermarket products.
• Perform basic wiring and electrical connections.
• Inspect vehicles before and after installation.
• Troubleshoot installation issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, product guidelines, and shop standards.
• Communicate daily with Technical Lead and sales to review workload.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate daily records as instructed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
