Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Control access to the facility by verifying IDs, visitor authorization, contractor credentials, and vehicle entry requirements.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, and communications equipment; document access activity and report irregular conditions per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner following protocols.
• Conduct regular/patrols of access points, areas, and perimeter; report hazards and unauthorized activity.
