Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and maintain access records.
• Deter unauthorized access by observing systems, reporting irregularities and escalating concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and assist with access issues and emergency notifications.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas and the facility perimeter.
