Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Phoenix seeks dedicated individuals to support children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, follow treatment plans, and collect data while contributing to a caring, team-oriented environment.

We offer paid training, RBT certification coverage, and a clear path for growth with full-time hours and regular raises. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree valued for pay tiers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days.
• Experience in childcare or psychology-related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
