Action Behavior Centers in Parker, CO is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities in a safe environment.

No experience required; paid training and RBT certification fully covered. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, full-time hours, and opportunities for raises every six

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
