Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring caring individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills at the Burnsville clinic. Roles are full-time with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm hours and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

We provide paid training and will fully cover your RBT certification. Bachelor’s Degree is required, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and watch a Behavior Technician at work and learn through observation.
