• Experience with behavioral support preferred.
• Open to learning Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support students with academic, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, and feeding needs.
• Help de-escalate aggressive physical behaviors using approved techniques.
• Utilize ABA strategies and follow individualized behavior plans.
• Follow classroom management plans and behavior support strategies.
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors.
