Job summary

Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to deliver high-quality resident care and lead the nursing team on your shift.

You will supervise CNAs and LVNs, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. A strong bedside clinical perspective and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Long‑term care or post‑acute experience preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.

Position Summary

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will oversee clinical operations during your shift, ensure quality care delivery, and provide leadership to our nursing support staff.
