Position Summary

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, overseeing clinical operations during your shift, ensuring quality care delivery, and leading nursing support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs/LPNs on shift
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
