Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for full-time 2nd shift to perform custodial duties across our facilities under supervision. Routine tasks include floor care, dusting, restroom restocking, window and surface cleaning, and waste management to maintain a safe, clean environment.

No prior cleaning experience is required; candidates should follow directions, work with a team, and handle cleaning tools with care. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required for basic cleaning tasks.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Comfort using a portable backpack vacuum.
• Must have attention to detail and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; perform spot cleaning and shampooing.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior glass; clean bathrooms daily.
• Restock paper supplies and monitor for maintenance issues.
• Manage trash collection and replace liners.
• Report defects to supervisors.
• Assist with snow removal at entrances as directed.
