Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a full-time LPN or RN for the 2026-2027 school year to provide skilled nursing care to students with multiple disabilities. You'll be responsible for implementing healthcare plans, administering medications, and communicating with various stakeholders.

• Pediatric skilled nursing experience (e.g., gastric tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, seizure disorders, catheterizations)

Overview

Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to a student with multiple disabilities in the school setting. Duties include:

• Implementing the student's healthcare plan (IHP) and following care instructions from licensed providers
• Administering medications and managing complex medical needs
• Communicating with care providers, school staff, and Health Services Supervisor
• Maintaining accurate documentation of daily care
• Staying current with professional nursing education
