Qualified candidates have a diploma in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics, 3+ years in manufacturing, and skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and company-provided tools and safety gear.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics required.
• Licence or certification is a huge asset.
• Demonstrated competency in electrical systems.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and machining.
• Brick industry experience is a huge asset.
• Arc and TIG welding skills.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment and systems.
• Adjust, program, and inspect mechanical components for optimal performance.
• Lead mechanical shutdowns and participate in maintenance planning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, inventory, and equipment performance.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and promoting continuous improvement.
• Support reporting and documentation related to maintenance and safety.

This role plays a key part in maintaining thereliability and efficiency of machinery, equipment, and mechanical systemsacross the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performpreventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrialequipment and systems.

Salary:$28 to $35/Hrbased on experience OT after 40 hours!
