Job summary

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, NV is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg/Peds unit. The role involves predominantly 12-hour shifts, three per week, with night coverage from 18:45–07:15 and alternating weekends.

You will provide direct patient care in a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold high safety and compassion standards. NV RN license and BLS are required; previous hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• NV RN license is required.
• Associate Degree or Higher in Nursing.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Previous hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in Med/Surg/Peds.
• Work as part of a cohesive care team.

Job Description

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is looking for a full time Registered Nurse to work in our busy 26-bed Med/Surg/Peds department. Patients range from geriatric to neonatal. Predominately working 12-hours shifts, three shifts per week. Must be able to work night shifts from18:45 – 07:15, including every other weekend.

Primary responsibilities include providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg/Peds unit. Must be able to work as part of a team. 1:6 patient ratio.
