UW Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller to join our member-focused, hardworking team at our Pier 37 branch.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist members at our Pier 37 branch, representing UW Credit Union.
  • Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
  • Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
  • Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
  • Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
  • Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
  • Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
  • Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Confidence with cash handling and transactions
  • Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
  • Team player who can confidently jump in where and when needed
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment
