This is a remote position.

As a Web Developer, you’ll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, crafting responsive, efficient, and visually appealing web experiences. You’ll use your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress to create websites that engage users and meet business needs. Additionally, you’ll apply UI/UX best practices to ensure an intuitive, enjoyable user experience across our websites and applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building Responsive Websites: You’ll develop websites that are fully responsive, ensuring they look and work great across all devices and browsers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Working with CMS Platforms: You’ll develop, customize, and maintain websites using popular CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring smooth content management for clients and users.
  • UI/UX Best Practices: You’ll create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces by applying industry-standard UI/UX principles, making sure users have an engaging and satisfying experience.
  • Back-End Development: While your focus will be on front-end development, you’ll also contribute to server-side programming, database management, and API integrations to ensure full‑stack functionality.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: You’ll work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to ensure the final web product aligns with user needs, business goals, and branding.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Both Front-End & Back-End Development: You’re experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end technologies, enabling you to deliver well‑rounded, dynamic web applications.
  • JavaScript Frameworks: You have hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, building dynamic and interactive web applications.
  • Back-End Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, or Node.js is a plus, allowing you to contribute to server‑side development and application architecture.
  • CMS Expertise: You’re experienced with WordPress or similar CMS platforms, customizing themes, plugins, and integrating third‑party tools to meet client needs.
  • Strong Problem‑Solving Skills: You can identify, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • UI/UX Awareness: You understand UI/UX principles and best practices to ensure websites and applications are user‑friendly, visually appealing, and functional.
Good to have:
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with mobile‑first design and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
