Qualifications

• Strong full stack experience with TypeScript on both frontend and backend.
• Experience with Next.js and NestJS in production.
• Ability to design scalable APIs and work independently in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a production platform using TypeScript across Next.js and NestJS.
• Own features and architectural decisions across the stack.
• Automate manual processes across the real estate lifecycle using robust APIs and infrastructure.
• Improve deployment and developer workflows using Docker and GitHub workflows.
• Primarily in-office in New York City.
