Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 6+ years of professional full‑stack design and software development.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or mentorship role.
• Deep Agile/Scrum experience with ability to lead iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Full Stack SME, establishing engineering best practices and mentoring engineers.
• Architect and build secure, high‑performance applications using Java/Spring Boot and React.js.
• Design and optimize complex specifications for UI, APIs and Snowflake data layer.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate with Product Owners to translate requirements into tasks.
• Drive secure credential management and API security with PCI compliance in mind.
• Oversee multi‑level unit and integration testing to ensure data accuracy across partner hierarchies.
